Berkeley has submitted a planning application for the development of up to 900 new homes, including 30% affordable provision, nursery places, two form entry primary and six form entry secondary school, reserve land for potential medical provision along with significant areas of publically accessible open space and associated infrastructure. This comprehensive team of specialist consultants have provided a detailed assessment of the site and prepared design proposals. The technical work undertaken enabled the team to produce a Masterplan to illustrate how the site will be developed to create a high-quality sustainable new residential-led development.

The outline planning application has been submitted to Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council for approval. The planning application reference is 21/02719/OAEA.
